Sportra publishes live football scores, fixtures, match centres, team and player profiles, league hubs, and aggregated football news (headlines link out to publishers).

## Discovery (no public RSS)
Sportra does **not** offer public RSS/Atom syndication feeds (third-party news rights). Use HTML pages, JSON-LD on each surface, and sitemaps.

## Sitemaps
See [robots.txt](https://sportra.app/robots.txt) for the **sitemap index only** (`/sitemap.xml`). Production entity urlsets are written by the backend exporter (entity overview plus indexable tab paths). Hub paths live in [sitemap_hubs.xml](https://sportra.app/sitemap_hubs.xml) via that index. Legacy `/sitemap-football-hubs.xml` returns 410 Gone.

## Public JSON (read-only, versioned)
Optional programmatic read surface for **match and entity** data only (not full news text). OpenAPI: [football-v1.yaml](https://sportra.app/openapi/football-v1.yaml). Route handlers live under `https://sportra.app/public/football/v1/` (e.g. matches by fixture id) — treat the OpenAPI file as the source of truth for available paths.

## Usage policy
Respect robots.txt. Do not overload origin; prefer sitemaps and cached public JSON where available. Automated access may be rate-limited.

## Non-primary / beta
- Gameplay under `/predictions` is noindex and not an authoritative discovery path until the product is ready.
