Aston Villa finally got their first Premier League goal of the season, but it didn't come with any points. When Unai Emery needs something to happen, generally he can bank on John McGinn. The Scot became Villa's all time leading European scorer in midweek and turned provider for Alysson's equaliser against Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

Defender Tyrone Mings summed up the Aston Villa mood as he slumped to the floor at full-time following a 2-1 defeat at home by Nottingham Forest. Three defeats in their opening four games only leaves further questions for manager Unai Emery to answer following a summer rebuild. Villa may have ended a run of 372 Premier League minutes without a goal but their problems remain.

Hull City fan Ryan Frankish believes "the sky is the limit" for the Tigers after they drew 2-2 away at big-spending Chelsea. "People really need to take this Hull City team seriously," said Frankish. Sergej Jakirovic's side are unbeaten in the league, sit third in the table and have overcome a challenging first four fixtures that pitted the newcomers against Champions League sides Manchester United and Aston Villa, as well as the Blues.
Manchester United need to regroup after a heavy home loss to Chelsea while Crystal Palace frustrated the GunnersThe frustration among Manchester United fans at full-time was evident at Leigh Sports Village after they had watched their team being thrashed 5-0 by a rampant Chelsea. There are certainly things to be worried about, but perhaps judging United’s new manager, Eva Olid, on the basis of how they performed against Sonia Bompastor’s established side is a little premature. The likelihood of United taking three points was always slim, despite the false hope after Chelsea’s 1-1 draw with Aston Villa last weekend. Chelsea have not been an easy opponent for the Red Devils, who have lost three WSL games by more than three goals, all against Chelsea. Having had three weeks with her side, Olid had a harsh WSL baptism with losses to London City Lionesses and Chelsea. United face Arsenal next. “These are difficult games to build the confidence in attack, but I’m here to build an identity and I have to be faithful to that,” said the Spaniard. Rob: Disappointing second-half performance cost us but, based on chances created, Forest deserved their win. Pammy: Unai will get the time to brainwash the newbies ready to join his 'cult' but they need to learn fast because four games in and it ain't looking good. The subs and timing of them were a bit baffling against Forest - manager's error of judgement maybe.
