These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sportra’s website and services at https://sportra.live(the “Service”). They form a binding agreement between you and the operating entity behind Sportra(“Sportra”, “we”, “us”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
By using the Service, you confirm that you can form a legally binding contract and that you accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.
Sportra provides digital sports information and related content, which may include live and historical match data, lineups, statistics, league standings, fixtures, news headlines, odds or prediction-style information where offered, and interactive or account-based features. Features may change, be tested in beta, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You must meet the minimum age required in your country to use the Service without parental consent, and in any case be at least 13 years old. If the Service requires a higher age (e.g. 16 in some regions for an account or certain features), you must meet that requirement. We may refuse or close accounts that do not meet eligibility rules.
Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secret, and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, legal reasons, or risk to the Service or other users. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless you have taken reasonable steps to protect it and notified us.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use (or, if you are a business user, for your internal business use in line with the Service’s purpose). You must not: copy, scrape, or redistribute our software or the Service in bulk; circumvent technical limits; reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows; use the Service to build a competing product using our data or UI in violation of this license; or access non-public areas without authorization.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Sportra and its licensors own the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, aside from third-party content (Section 5).
The Service may display data and articles sourced or licensed from third parties (e.g. data providers, rights holders, publishers). That content is provided for your convenience;Sportra is not the publisher of third-party news articles, and you should look to the original source for the full story and for any copyright or use restrictions on republication. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services you access via links in the Service.
The Service is for general information and entertainment. Scores, stats, odds, and predictions (if any) are not financial, legal, or professional advice. Nothing on Sportra is an offer or solicitation to gamble where such activity is regulated or illegal; you are responsible for complying with the laws in your jurisdiction. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data, odds, or timing of updates.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law; harass, harm, or impersonate others; distribute malware; spam; attempt unauthorized access; overload our systems; or collect personal data of other users without a lawful basis. We may remove content, restrict access, and cooperate with authorities where appropriate.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Sportra AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, TIMELY, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Sportra, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER OR NOT BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) IF NO FEES WERE PAID, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW (SUCH AS FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE WHERE APPLICABLE).
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sportra and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content (if you submit any), or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
We may modify the Service or these Terms. We will post updated Terms and update the effective date. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g. notice on the Service or by email to your account, where we have it). Your continued use after the effective date of changes may constitute acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service. Some features may be subject to additional terms that become part of your agreement when you use those features.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk, or legal reasons, with or without notice where permitted. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.
Unless mandatory local law (including consumer law in your country of residence) requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the internal laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. For disputes, you and Sportraagree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, USA, subject to the exceptions below. If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or elsewhere with mandatory local jurisdiction or arbitration rules, those rules may apply to the extent they cannot be waived, and you may have additional rights in your local courts.
Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to contact us in good faith at support@sportra.live to seek an informal resolution.
Class action waiver (where allowed). To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Sportra agree that any proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis, not as a class or representative action, unless you opt out of this paragraph in writing within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, where your jurisdiction allows such an opt out.
You may not use the Service if you are in a country or on a list subject to comprehensive U.S. or other applicable sanctions, or if you are on any restricted-party list, where such use would violate applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement on their subject matter. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
