Jacob Ramsey is ready to "step up" for Newcastle this season following the summer's departures of fellow midfielders Bruno Guimaraes and Sandro Tonali. Ramsey, who joined the Magpies last summer for £40m, made 28 appearances last season with 13 of those coming from the bench. "If you're looking from the outside, two big players leaving in my position, it's time for me to step up now and I'm looking forward to it," Ramsey said.
