The champions dug deep and found an equaliser through Havertz midway through the first half as the former Chelsea forward squeezed the ball past Emiliano Martinez at his near post to draw level. The result saw Mikel Arteta’s men move level on points with Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table after three games, while Chelsea sit fourth ahead of their next clash with Leeds. Odegaard, meanwhile, walked away with the man-of-the-match award after scoring his third goal in his last four matches in all competitions. But giving his thoughts on the encounter on Viaplay’s television coverage, ex-Arsenal winger Ljungberg picked out Havertz as the hosts’ standout performer on the day. Former Rangers goalkeeper Cammy Bell says the club's big-money signing Kevin Kelsy must step up in Lawrence Shankland's absence. Scotland striker Shankland went off in the early stages of Saturday's 1-0 win over Motherwell, with manager Derek McInnes later saying it appears to be a "significant" hamstring injury. Shankland was replaced by Ryan Naderi, who scored Rangers' winner against the Steelmen, but Bell believes it will be Kelsy - signed from Portland Timbers on deadline day for a reported fee of £9m - who McInnes trusts to lead the line.
