Brentford boss Keith Andrews says everyone at the club is "absolutely delighted" at the news defender Michael Kayode has signed a new long-term contract until 2032. Kayode joined the Bees from Fiorentina, initially on loan, in January 2025 and has made 56 appearances while securing a nomination for Premier League young player of the season for his 2025-26 campaign. The 21-year-old Italian missed just one Premier League game last season and was a key figure both offensively and defensively in a Brentford team that finished ninth.
