Former full-back Maurice Ross admits he was "terrified" of manager Dick Advocaat at Rangers. Ross was handed his Rangers debut at age 19 by Advocaat in February 2000 and featured a further 12 times under the Dutchman before his move to a director of football role in December 2001. Advocaat, 78, is now Curacao boss and set to be come the oldest coach in World Cup history at this summer's tournament.
