De Boever has also spent time as goalkeeper coach at Club Brugge and Al-Arabi, as well as working in Qatar and Singapore. The Cherries like that he has both Champions League and Europa League experience, and he has also worked with high-profile goalkeepers like Thibaut Courtois, Senne Lammens and Simon Mignolet.
