Former Premier League midfielder Jobi McAnuff believes a combination of Brighton's "phenomenal work" off the field and Fabian Hurzeler's "amazing work" on it have helped to quell any doubts about how the club would fare this season. "I watched them beat Aston Villa 4-0 [on the opening day of the season] and they were absolutely magnificent," McAnuff told BBC Radio 5 Live's Football Daily.
