Bournemouth have rejected a £64m bid from Chelsea for midfielder Alex Scott. Arsenal, Manchester United, Tottenham and Manchester City also expressed an interest in Scott earlier in the window. Chelsea are also interested in signing England defender John Stones on a free transfer following his departure from Manchester City.
