Former Celtic midfielder Paul Hartley thinks the Scottish champions splashing out a club-record fee on Kasper Hogh could prove to be a bargain. The 25-year-old Denmark striker, who fired in a goal every other game for Bodo/Glimt, has signed a four-year contract with Martin O'Neill's side. Hartley has also tipped him as an early favourtie to finish as the top scorer in the Scottish Premiership given his previous pedigree for big goals.
