Rangers have appointed Brian Gilmour as interim academy director to replace David McCallum, who departs after two-and-a-half years in the role. Former Ibrox midfielder and youth graduate Gilmour returned to the club in 2017 as an academy coach before joining the B team staff in 2020. The 39-year-old also worked as part of Philippe Clement's backroom team during the Belgian's tenure as head coach.
