Former Swansea City goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski has retired from professional football at the age of 41. Fabianski, who made 150 appearances for the Swans between 2014 and 2018, has hung up his gloves after eight seasons at West Ham. The Polish international, who won 57 caps, joined the Swans on a free transfer from Arsenal and was voted supporters' player of the year in 2018.
