Dundee United boss Jim Goodwin has been speaking to the media as his side prepare for Saturday's visit of Celtic in the League Cup. Goodwin feels his side are "a couple of points short of where we should be given the overall performance against Rangers in the opening fixture" but insists "there were certainly lots of positives to take from it". Although "we were feeling really good going into the game against Hearts" the United boss says "we couldn't have got off to a worse start with the opening goal after three or four minutes" as they were beaten 4-0 at Tynecastle last weekend.
