There is a bit of movement within the academy ranks at Manchester United, with a number of their older players set for moves to rival clubs. Winger James Scanlon and full-back Habeeb Ogunneye, who spent time on loan in League Two with Swindon and Newport respectively last season, are both in talks with Arsenal. Neither were involved in United's pre-season campaign under Michael Carrick, even though 15 academy players were picked in the 25-man squad for the opening game against Wrexham in Helsinki on 18 July.
