Defender, Andrea Medina said she is "excited to join a team that is determined to write its own chapter" as she signed a contract with Manchester United until June 2029, with the option of an additional year. The 22-year-old was called up to Spain's senior squad in May, arrives with an impressive record at youth international level, having won the FIFA U20 World Cup and lifted the UEFA U19 Championship twice. Medina has spent the past four seasons with Atletico Madrid, where she made 131 appearances.
