Former Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez is set to join Al-Diriyah on a loan deal from Al-Hilal. The 27-year-old's move between the Saudi Pro League clubs is at an advanced stage with the transfer expected to be confirmed in the coming days. It is understood Al-Diriyah sporting director Dougie Freedman has played an integral role in the proposed deal.
