PSV Eindhoven have rejected Rangers' improved £6m offer for winger Couhaib Driouech and Burnley and Celta Vigo have now entered the race to sign the 24-year-old, with talks at an early stage. Driouech has a slight preference for Celta Vigo after the Spanish club entered the race to sign the PSV Eindhoven forward along with Rangers. Monaco have made Algeria 23-year-old Fares Ghedjemis their top priority for the right-wing position and plan an improved offer after a bid of £6m, plus £1.7m in bonuses, was rejected by Frosinone, who also turned down £8.6m bids from Celtic and Rangers.
