Leanne Crichton says there will be "no surprises" for new Rangers manager Derek McInnes. Crichton is head coach of Rangers women and is now colleagues with McInnes, who has left Hearts to return to Ibrox after leaving there as a player in 2000. "He knows the club in and out, has managed against the club on numerous occasions, played for the club, he knows it," Crichton told BBC Radio Scotland's Sportsound.
