Strasbourg are among the clubs in talks to sign Chelsea striker Deivid Washington before the transfer deadline. The Brazilian, 21, is attracting interest from the Ligue 1 club, which is under the same ownership as Chelsea, although sides in Portugal and elsewhere in Europe are also interested. A move to France is understood to appeal to Washington, who is looking to get his career back on track after struggling to break through at Chelsea since his £17m move from Santos in 2023.
