Swansea City striker Zan Vipotnik has been included in BBC Sport's Championship team of the season. The Slovenian scored a total of 25 goals in his second season with Swansea - of which 23 goals were scored in 43 league games. Two former Swansea City players were also recognised after helping their respective clubs secure promotion to the Premier League.
