It might not be the most scintillating football, but Rangers will be effective under "perfect fit" Derek McInnes this season. Rangers began last season with a short and calamitous tenure of Russell Martin and ended it with a third-place finish following a post-split collapse under Danny Rohl. Since then Rohl has departed and ex-Hearts boss, and former Rangers midfielder, McInnes has become the club's third head coach inside a year.
