Manchester City have signed only Elliot Anderson so far in the transfer window, though they did splash out a club record £116m to bring him in from Nottingham Forest. Manager Enzo Maresca faced the media following their arrival in Seoul from Hong Kong and said director of football Hugo Viana and chief executive Ferran Soriano and both in the country too.
