The 26-year-old winger joins from Everton on a four-year contract as part of a deal that sees Brennan Johnson move to the Toffees. "I'm really happy to be here, and looking forward to the challenge ahead," said McNeil, who scored 15 goals and registered 19 assists in 128 appearances for Everton.
