Falkirk's John McGlynn would be the natural successor to Derek McInnes at Tynecastle should the Hearts head coach complete his expected move to Rangers, according to former Partick Thistle manager Kris Doolan. "If you are looking at the reason Hearts took Derek McInnes, it was his knowledge of Scottish football," Doolan told the BBC Scottish Football Podcast.
