But the 25-year-old enhanced his reputation at this summer’s World Cup, producing several standout performances in an England shirt as Thomas Tuchel’s side finished third in North America. Despite those performances, Spence does not appear to be guaranteed regular minutes at Tottenham this season, with Destiny Udogie and Pedro Porro preferred by Roberto De Zerbi on both flanks.
