Liam Delap says Oliver Glasner played a big part in his decision to sign for Nottingham Forest because he feels he "can really improve" under his coaching. Delap's frustrating season was off the back of a hugely successful one at Ipswich Town in which he scored 12 goals in 37 Premier League games.

New Ipswich signing Zian Flemming says he is feeling "joy and excitement" to experience the Premier League again with Ipswich Town. Flemming could make his debut for the Tractor Boys in Friday night's visit of Liverpool after his £20m move from Burnley on deadline day. The 28-year-old striker scored 11 league goals for the Clarets last season, but could not help them avoid relegation in what has been his only English top-flight campaign so far.
