Calvin Bassey says it has been "a huge privilege" to wear the armband for Fulham in their first three Premier League games this season. The Cottagers are still in search of their first points under new head coach Alvaro Arbeloa, who seems to have handed matchday captaincy duties to the 26-year-old. Bassey, who signed a four-year deal in July 2023, has made 105 appearances for Fulham, scoring four goals and recording one assist.
