Jack Butland has posted a farewell message to Rangers fans, with the goalkeeper expected to depart to Hull City following the arrival of Croatian Ivor Pandur. After three years and more than 150 appearances for the club, the former England international says the Ibrox support have created "lifelong Rangers fans" within the Butland family.
