Craig McLeish has confirmed St Mirren are closing in on a deal to bring Manchester United youngster Louis Jackson to the club. The 20-year-old centre-back came through the youth ranks at Old Trafford and has played for Scotland Under-19s. A three-year deal is on the table for Jackson, who spent last season on loan at National League side Solihull Moors.
