New signing Nico Elvedi says he is looking forward to the "special moment" he walks through the Elland Road tunnel for the first time and sees the Leeds United supporters. The 29-year-old centre-back, who has joined from Borussia Monchengladbach, said Switzerland team-mate Noah Okafor told him many "good things about the club" while at the 2026 World Cup and he liked what he heard. "I am very happy to be here, everything is done and I can't wait to play for this club," Elvedi said.
