Röhl expected to join RB SalzburgMcInnes turned down chance to manage Rangers in 2017Rangers are likely to move for the Hearts manager, Derek McInnes, if Danny Röhl completes a move to RB Salzburg. The Ibrox club and Salzburg are in talks over a deal for Röhl, who was appointed by Rangers last October. The 37-year-old began his coaching career elsewhere in the RB stable, at Leipzig. Alex: I like Rohl but if his heart isn't in the Rangers job then he should leave because we want people at our club who are committed. James: Rohl can go if he wants, we were very poor when it really mattered last season and it was unforgivable how he treated James Tavernier on a dead rubber game.

Scotland veteran Craig Gordon admits he thought he had missed his chance to play at a World Cup finals. "Oh, without a doubt I thought this opportunity would pass me by on more than one occasion," Gordon said. Nottingham Forest's Angus Gunn played the full 90 minutes of Saturday's 4-0 win over Bolivia, while Gordon and Rangers' Liam Kelly played a half each in the previous 4-1 defeat of Curacao.
