Now the curtain has come down on the 2025-26 Premier League campaign, here is my end-of-season review - with a look back to what I predicted in August. Wolves were another side effectively going out of the Premier League from the early weeks of the season. Vitor Pereira was sacked after failing to win any of the first 10 league games and, while successor Rob Edwards occasionally hinted at better things to come and some optimism next season, this was a miserable campaign.
Nottingham Forest boss Vitor Pereira has been speaking to the media before Sunday's final Premier League game of the season against Bournemouth at the City Ground (kick-off 16:00 BST). Murillo, who is still out of first-team training, and Ola Aina, who has only just started training on grass again, will not be available for selection.
